Learning philosophy and faculty
An essential part of our programs is our learning philosophy. Our concept is to integrate the latest findings in academic research with practical experience drawn from world-class companies and industry leaders. The executive programs are not restricted to any one pedagogical approach.
We make learning as effective as possible by a number of means:
- Lectures from some of the most renowned subject-matter experts in the world
- Group and problem-based learning
- Skills development
- Practice in insight and reflection
- Study-visits
- Systematic and effective exchange of knowledge and experience between participants and experts
Our goal is to address three levels of understanding: individual, group and organization. Our pedagogical approach is a process of active challenge and reflection in order to bridge the gap between intellectual understanding and actual application of the learning in the right industrial context. This is an essential part of our learning approach. We design effective learning systems, developed in interaction with our clients.
