The main focus in the business area Industrial Engineering is courses aiming at improving both individual and company knowledge and competense in technology and methodology for Product- and Production development. The overarching principle for achieving this is to focus on creating value for customers and to eliminate all forms of waste, which also means a higher flexibility and continuous improvement.

The courses provide a theoretical overview of modern and efficient working methods in product development and production. Further, they provide knowledge on practical applications on identified problems and how to introduce new approaches and methods in participants’ home organizations.
